Endoscopy and Biopsy 
• If cancer is suspected in a situation not 
  involving gall bladder surgery for other 
  reasons, a biopsy, either with a fine needle 
  (FNA) or regular needle, is always required. 
  This can be done through the skin without 
  significant danger.
